We first had the idea for this site almost two years ago. As an aspiring entrepreneur, I was frustrated by the barriers that separated entrepreneurs from the potential investors that could help them grow their businesses and business ideas.

We wanted to create a space that allowed entrepreneurs to meet potential investors – and vice versa. Eighteen months of design and development later and acfuse.com was launched.

Why 18 months? We wanted to ensure a fluent and worthwhile online portal for entrepreneurs – somewhere you could showcase what you had to offer, network with like-minded entrepreneurs and investors and perhaps even learn a few things too.

What acfuse.com offers

Hopefully the features that acfuse offers make those goals a reality:

• Create and maintain your profile – complete with details about your business or idea
• Access free resources – sample business plans, informative articles and regular useful blog posts
• Connect with others through the site
• Find investors, partners and mentors - or find investments if you’re an investor
• Create video presentations to show your passion for your idea

Of course, as the site grows we’ll be adding new features based on user feedback and new ideas. Although we may add a few paid upgrades as we grow, as of our launch, everything you see on the site is completely free to use.
